Each of our products goes through a stringent quality check before we bring it home to you.

Our rules of return and refund:

  • There can be a minute difference in fabric color and wood finish between the images here and the actual product. This is caused by the difference in screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays.
  • Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings
  • It is acceptable to have a slight mismatch in dimensions.
  • All dimensions can be fixed by Importa team during 14 working days.
  • The price of repair and restoration is paid by the buyer if the damage was caused by the fault of the buyer and his installers.
  • If the damage was caused by the import assembly team, the restoration is at our expense.
  • Our refund process takes 7 to 14 working days from the day we receive the item back in the warehouse. We do not offer Cash refunds.

In case of orders paid in cash, you may submit a copy of your Emirates ID and we’ll issue a cheque refund and deliver it to your doorstep.

All doors and furniture Importa TM non-refundable, as manufactured and/or imported individually for each customer in an exclusive design.
However, in case of damage, the product is fully recoverable.
